SCHEDULE, CONTINUED (c) New Account. If the exchangor desires to have a new Qualified Trust Account set up in their own bank, there will be an additional charge of $555 plus applicable New Mexico gross receipts tax. (d) Expenses. The exchangor may be charged for significant expenses related to the transaction. These expenses include (but are not limited to) courier charges, wire transfer fees, and postage. Ten Thirty-One Exchange Corp. recognizes that specific exchange circumstances may necessitate the negotiation of fees.
